The location was lovely and absolutely perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Slipstream Sculpture. The rooms were comfy and with big comfortable beds. The personnel was wonderfully helpful and service-minded, doing their best to assist.

The standard triple room featured big, comfortable beds. the location was fantastic, with a gondola station conveniently close by. It was also a plus to be just 2 km from Giraffe Stop, which serves delicious short-orders.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. It had a fantastic location and the staff were super attentive. the food options were great too! Plus, being just a 5-minute walk to the underground at Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 was a huge bonus. 😄.

They spoke several languages and were always willing to lend a hand. the food was a highlight, with plenty of tasty options for breakfast and dinner. the location was also really convenient, just a short walk from the skiing centre. we had a wonderful experience.
. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak on the third floor, and the TV only had a few local channels.

The Wi-Fi connection is not very strong, making it difficult to stay connected.

I had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The staff members were very friendly and always ready to assist me. The hotel facilities were excellent - I particularly enjoyed the hot sauna and massage service in the spa area offered by Balinese girls. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the ski lift. Finally, the breakfast was excellent - it had a variety of options and everything tasted superb.
Nothing negative to say - my stay was fantastic!

The hotel is located very close to the ski resort, which made it easy for us to hit the slopes whenever we wanted. The room was cozy, which added to the romantic atmosphere of our escape. The staff was also friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed during our stay.
Our experience was not completely perfect. The WIFI was also quite poor on the third floor, which made it difficult for us to stay connected with our loved ones.

The staff was exceptional, speaking multiple languages and providing excellent service. Convenient location near the ski lift. Enjoyed the hot sauna and relaxing massage. Cozy and warm rooms. Great value for the price.
